-Cannot be in possession of a “Prescribed Medical Device” without an ORDER from a Licensed Medical Physician.

-Cannot perform Procedures with a “Prescribed Medical Device” without supervision from an ORDERING Licensed Medical Physician.

-Patients must possess an ORDER from a Licensed Medical Physician prior to use of a “Prescribed Medical Device”. 

-Technicians cannot perform Procedures using a “Prescribed Medical Device” without a certificate from an “accredited” school.

-Technicians cannot perform Procedures using a “Prescribed Medical Device” without an ORDER from a Licensed Medical Physician.
